| Fitness Boot Camp
My sister is doing this form of torture called Boot Camp. It's six weeks of intensive physical and mental exercise for two hours a day. Last week they did a timed 12-mile bicycle race hard and when they finished, exhausted, the instructor told them to grab a bottle of water and do a three-mile run. She is loving every minute of this insanity. She says she feels better than ever and she's rock hard everywhere. I told her she'd better not get any ideas about lording it over the rest of us sisters when we get together.
Has anyone else tried this?

Good for her! If that's what it takes to drop a little weight I think it's great!

Sounds fun to me!!!
Can't wait for wresting practice. No matter how hard I push myself with cardio I don't get anywhere CLOSE to a good wrestling practice.

That reminds me of the show "Last 10 lbs Bootcamp", which I think is what I need
They get a personal trainer and dietician for 4 weeks, in which they usually loose about 10 lbs, and about 4 inches off their bodies.

I think though the first 4 weeks of any weight loss program are when you'd lose the most. If you've already been losing weight and then started this program I wouldn't expect a huge dropoff.

They would break me in two. I wouldn't last more than 2 hours before I'd throw in the towel. I take orders about as good as Gomer Pyle.

Whenever I would watch the show, I always thought it would be a great thing to do. But I think I might die if I tried it
