Anyone watching Fat March? I never knew this show existed! The 12 contestants must walk over 500 miles to lose weight. :eek4:
These same walkers are competing to harvest cranberries from a Massachusetts bog. Interesting event in this event. This "adventure" is setup for 6 phases and forces everyone to rely on one another. Good teambuilding. After 60 miles of walking, the range of weight loss was as little as 4 lbs to as much as 16lbs. The men were losing substantially more weight than the women, but a lot of the men were double the size of most of the women.
