| Re: calories at the gym right now i am 20 years old and looking to lose mostly my gut and pecs. my diet has improved and i have been going to the gym alot. i have been doing speed cycles burning around 500-600 calories according to the machine and hitting the sauna after.

Instead of just guessing how many calories you need from exercise to achieve your goals, which is difficult, what I can tell you is that in order to achieve your 50lb weight loss, you need to create a calorie deficit (consuming fewer calories than your body burns on average).....and I can tell you how many calories a day you need to eat factoring in your exercise level in order to achieve your weight loss goals.......let me know.
