After Pregnancy

Im a newbie so I’ll start by an introduction.

My name is Stephanie im 27 years of age. Happily married with 2 daughters. One is 4 and my youngest is now 8 months of age.

Needless to say after 2 kiddos my body just isn’t the same.
I would love to tone my breasts
Tighten the skin on my stomach/abdomen
loose the big butt
and just an overall slim down.

Im 5'2 at 148 and need to get back into the "healthy" zone.

Also if im not on a machine to calculate calories burned but, say I do other things like tap dance with my daughter in the basement for 40 minutes 3 times a week how would you calculate that ?

Any advice on how/what exercises would be good for the following trouble areas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much.
Steph

Re: After Pregnancy

Fat loss fat loss fat loss. The best way to tone at this point would be to lose fat. You're not going to see the muscle tone underneath unless you do. To do that you should focus on eating less calories than you burn. I wouldn't worry so much about calculating exactly how many calories you burn on a machine, but more so how many calories you are eating in a given day compared to roughly how many calories a day your body burns.

We can tell you what your body is burning, and roughly what you should be eating on an average day to acheive your weight loss goals. Just let us know!
