Obesity from drinking soda AND diet soda:

Watching MSNBC this morning, and they had experts come on who said a few different interesting things. One was that drinking sugar soda on a regular basis can add up to 15 lbs a year!!!!

Another was that 58% of those who drank diet sodas regularly were likely to become obese in 8 years, and that was due to the sweetners priming your taste buds to crave more sweets. So drinking diet sodas will lead most people to craving sugar elsewhere. Interesting. Who knew the sweetners in diet sodas may have a negative effect like this? I wonder if this applies to all sweetners?

Yeah I love em too but I think as long as you keep losing weight WHILE drinking diet sodas that might be a sign that you are one of the ones who is OK to drink it?
