| SlimQuick?
Any of you gals use it? Does it really do anything or is it faster to lose weight by watching t.v.? Lol. Just wondering. I always see it in stores and all over t.v.
ALSO! Anyone know of more natural ways/pills to make the hunger go away? It'd be a big help to jump start what I need. Thanks!

| Re: SlimQuick? Hi There! I have tried shakes as a replacement for meals and it did not work for me! I craved food after a while..and binged..Liquid was just not enough for me. I have been doing pretty well eating a lot of fruit though. Melons, berries, oranges, cherries...They help to keep me full and also act as a natural directic. I eat lots of watermelon, cantalope, honey dew melon..grapes, oranges etc. Anything with a high water count(all I want)! I also eat Extra lean meats(all I want), nuts(1/4 cup a day), berries..love cherries..they are so good for you! I do not eat much sugar. Vegetables are also fantastic filler ups! I have a huge salad every night..lettuce, cut up apples, handful of nuts(about 10 whole), cukes, tomatoes, peppers, roasted red pepper slices, pickles, black olives etc. I Have been eating this way for about 1 1/2 months and I have lost 18 pounds. I lost 7 the first two weeks..then 1 for a couple weeks...This past week I lost 4. So, I am happy! Hugs! Marcia |

Don't confuse SlimQuick with Slim Fast. Two totally different products here.
Slim fast shakes are horrible meal replacements, as many of them are loaded with sugar and as we know, sugar will not make you feel full for very long.
