NEWBIE asking about motabalism boosters.

Im interested in motabalism boosters. I was wondering if there was a safe pill that would cause my body to burn more calories. And with minimal side effects. I dont need any sort of hunger suppresant.

A great and FREE metabolism booster is....
EXERCISE!!!!
It allows you to burn fat and maintain muscle mass w/o any side effects except for hard work, soreness and FUN.

Green tea is something I would, and do use for metabolism. Skip the pills.

Re: NEWBIE asking about motabalism boosters.

I agree. Skip the pills.

That may be hard to swallow (pun intended), but the really healthy metabolism booster is ... muscle mass.

I'm not necessarily talking about Arnold-type muscles, but muscles are hungrier for fuel. If you're not already exercising, start with 2lb dumbbells.

Green tea is indeed a healthy booster because of the ECGC ingredient, but the question is, do you really need boosting?

Have you ever considered that your metabolism might be CHOKING?

Most people skimp on vitamins and minerals. The fact is, the cells need micro-nutrition in order to metabolize at it's full capacity.

They work like car engines. You may have a tank full of gas, but if you don't have oil or an electric current, or oxygen...the engine won't run, and thus burn your fuel.

If your cells are nutritionally starving, then it won't burn your fat effectively.

So before you even think about pill boosters, go for quality multivitamins instead.

Or um, maybe the cheapest and least hazardous metabolism boosters there is...cold water.

Read up on the relationship between cold water and your metabolism.
