| Hoodia Gordonii looks pretty good
hey all *my first post*! 
was looking at youtube vids yesterday and seen one that was pretty intresting a friend of min said hoodia is meant to be pretty good but not sure
this video i looked at looks very intresting so much so I might order some today, whats your thoughts.
(woops just realised I'm not allowed to post links so if you wanna see the video go to youtube and put in the search thing

I'm not a fan of diet pills personally, and I know of a few people who saw no results. Some claim to have had success though.

I've heard success stories relating to hoodia, but a LOT of "hoodia" pills don't actually even contain hoodia. You have to make sure they're certified, and make sure you read labels. It is only an appetite deterrent though, so you still have to make sure what you're eating is healthy, and that you get plenty of exercise. It's not a miracle pill, and as most people have found out, there isn't any one thing that will work for everyone. Or else everyone would be trim and thin

Most people will tell you even tea will help you lose weight...beleive me ive been there done that and now im just on a healthy eating plan and its taking its time but its shifting my fat-girl-of-the-gang excess flab....... | |

A healthy eating plan is the way to go however.
