Yes, right now I have been working out. I started running and I did 375 cruches last night. I weigh 147 and I am wanting to get down to 130. I know that isnt really big, but I could stand to be smaller and still healthy. I have a lot of extra weight in my stomach and sides. I am willing to start working out but I am not really sure what some workouts I could do throughout the day that would really help?
