Acai Burn
Yup that's right; I'm another diet pill junkie. I'm aware that 99.99% of them do not work, but I am having luck with Acai Burn. It's a dietary supplement and in just under a week I've dropped almost 10 lbs with little to no exercise and moderately watching what I eat. I work a great deal so stopping off at the gym when I'm done for the day is needless to say not my first priority. Just thought I'd put my thoughts and experiences out there. Take of it what you will.

I hate to break it to you, but no diet pill is going to make you lose almost 10lbs in under a week if all you're doing is little to no exercise and moderately watching what you eat.

Re: Acai Burn
If you are just starting, it well could be water. If it was as easy as Acai supplements, Oprah wouldn't have gained her weight back!
I know Acai is filled with antioxidants, so I am sure they aren't doing any harm.

Re: Acai Burn
congrats on the weight loss and change!
I have to agree though I find it impossible to believe you lost 10 pounds in 5 days with no change in diet and no exercise. I know from experience my first week, I ate 1/3 the calories I usually ate and went from 0 to a toal of 60-90 mins exercise a day...I was also taking a pill, hydroxycut....and after all this hard work I lost only 9lbs in 7 days, and I am twice your size.
I want to say congrats on the lifestyle change, but you can't just take the pills, not exercise, not change your diet, and expect to lose 10lbs a week, its not at all possible, I am new to this 'diet' regime, but I even know that....
Best of luck on your journey and it sounds like you are on a great start!

Are you aware of the ingredients? You do realize Acai Burn has caffeine/green tea extract in it, correct? Caffeine in itself is an appetite suppressant and could be part of the reason why you are eating less while taking Acai Burn, but not consciously. Green tea has been used for years as a mild but natural weight loss tool.

Re: Acai Burn
I'm not making assumptions,
you said that you did vritually no exercise and didn't change your diet...those were your words, if you did virtually no exercise and didn't change your diet you didn't lose 10lbs from a friday to a monday unless you had your arm cut off, sorry! but you didnt!
People are trying to help you here and tell you why and you are just arguing, I'm not trying to be at all rude or arguing, but I just want you to know what OD and others are saying about weighing at different times, it being water weight, etc. are very likely to be true, I wish we could lose 10lbs of fat over a weekend by taking a pill, I really wish we could, but it can't happen.....good luck on your weight loss journey though! we are here to help each other and educate each other as we each learn new things.

Re: Acai Burn
LemonDrpLvr,
Hey there, I love Lemon drops too! Mmm..always have.
Hey, I know there are men here. If you are one, please don't go any further on reading this post!
There are times of the month your weight can go up or drop drastically. A couple of days before my cycle, my weight can climb 4-5 pounds! If I stay to plan, the following week (5-6 days later) all of it will come off plus an additional drop. I chart my weight daily and can now predict when my gain will be and when my biggest drop for the month will be. Just an FYI. Some women can gain as much as 8 pounds just before. Is it possible this was your case?
I am a true believer in finding what works for you! If you think the Acai does the trick, then ROCK ON Sister! I took Alli and had people here and other places knock me for that.

Re: Acai Burn
omg im glad to see another women post that. the first two months this freeked me out because i did not reliaze why i would jump up 5 lbs! then i would lose it after my cycle ended. i hate it becuase i fill like im always fighting that 5 lbs every month. i have to revisit how i think about that that.. lol on another note about weight gain at that point in the month, this is when i get those bad cravings and no matter what i do i gain "actuall" weight
at least 2 or 3 lbs.. this is really making me not happy! do you have that problem also and if so have you found a way around it! i start to fill like i work so hard 3 weeks a month to combate that one week!

Re: Acai Burn
YES! Same for me on the cravings. I find I want salty sweet chocolate. Luckily, my overwhelming cravings only last a few hours. I cannot be of help beyond telling you that I give into them. The other day I ate two Reeses and some Hershey's kisses. Sure, I like these things all the time but not like THE day of the cravings. You know, if you stay on plan 3 weeks out of four, you are still coming out way ahead.

Re: Acai Burn
I have used Acai Burn since last year and have lost almost 50 lbs since August. I won't attribute Acai Burn totally to the weight loss. I am more active and have cut out all the junk food. It has however, I have noticed, given me more energy

You know, my mom says if men are going to be grossed out by women's bodies, they shouldn't be heterosexual! Of course you can't just decide on that one, but if my husband isn't 100% nice to me during "that time" of the month I do cry my eyes out, so if he hasn't learned not to be grossed out by my internal organs he has at least learned to PRETEND he isn't!
Hee hee, plus whenever my husband says my decorating choices are too girly or feminine in her hearing my mom tells him "That's what you get for marrying a woman!"
Poor guy! Although actually, I think my mom is still a more easy-going mother-in-law than his is!

Re: Acai Burn
I do not believe in any pills for weight loss at all. There are good natural weight loss techniques
