Do diet pills really work?
Well apparently they do on mice! Inactive mice given this diet pill called AICAR lost more fat vs. those not given the pill, and could run 23% faster and 44% further than mice not treated with the pill!
Sounds like a miracle pill, no working out, no eating changes, and boom! This is in human testing.
The Salk Institute for Biological Studies in California reports these findings.
When a second drug Resveratrol (meant for anti-aging) was added to the first drug for a month, the mice ran 70% father and 68% longer than mice who exercised but didn't get the drug.
So do diet pills really work? Maybe soon?
