| Re: weight watchers A few people have, but it's no different than counting calories......you follow a plan of how much/what to eat, and as long as you follow along you'll see some results. You can save a lot of money by doing it yourself, but if you feel having it written down will make it easier, then I say go for it!

| Re: weight watchers thanks, OD. it's either that or putting down $2400 for personal training...ive heard that when you're losing weight, diet is 75% of it and excercise is 25%, so i figure why not do weight watchers til september (when i go back to school) and go to the gym more often as well? iunno, i hope it works....

I fully agree that for weight loss your diet is more important than exercise.
