I know it's still not good for you, so when I went shopping I decided not to get it. From now on I will only drink it on special occasions, and diet only. Wish me luck!
That's what I do and after a while you don't miss it so much. It is one small step I still have it on occasion and buy it on occasion but it isn't a "staple" anymore.
