New to the site

Arrow New to the site

I am 22 years old and a senior in college. I have always been big but now i am 389 and i hate myself and i need and want to lose weight. I am starting by cutting down food sizes.

That is a good way to start!!! Have you considered counting calories or getting in a little exercise as well?

yea i walk twice a day 5 days a week now. no i have not started counted. I have been only doing this for two weeks.

That's a great start!!! Why not see how your current regimen is working for you, and if you don't think that's working for you we can always help you calculate the calories you should be consuming each day on average in order to achieve your weight loss goals....which would of course require you to count calories. That's a lot of walking you have going on, good for you!
