| My newest addicition. . . Rice cakes! Though somewhat high in simple carbs, these are great, inexpensive snacks! Low fat, low calorie, decent nutritional values.
I'm currently snacking on the white cheddar flavored cakes by Quaker.
Excellent complement for a tuna fish sandwich as well.  My favorite part is that they're cheap.

| Re: My newest addicition. . . How about some almonds - 1 handful has a some good carbs, good fat and protein. 1 bag lasts me a week. Also low fat cottage cheese with fruit is inexpensive and a great source of protein as well.

| Re: My newest addicition. . .  I tried the 100 calorie pack that has mini rice cakes striped with chocolate. They are about the size of a quarter and tasty. Quaker makes them.
