Anybody using Liquid centrum vitamines supplement?
I haven't seen it in Europe, but I understand it is used a lot in USA and recommended aftert obesity surgery.

I use liquid vitamins at the recommendation of my doctor who said that the pill form does not get fully absorbed in your system. I don't know how much one loses from pill versus liquid, but I have not noticed anything different from switching.

I have never heard of liquid vitamins that you can buy over the counter. Learn something new every day!

Haven't seen this in Europe. Most over the counter medication is more difficult to get and a lot more expensiove then in USA.

I spent a few years in europe many decades ago and that was one of the first things i noticed different between europe and the united states
