i was wondering if these things are actually as ok to eat as they seem. i mean i never had one....are they high in sodium? any hidden factors that make them a bad choice. someone once told me that if something is packaged frozen...its probably bad for u...so i was just looking for some opinion on the frozen light meals...

Most are high in sodium, so beware, others are very high in carbs. Just don't have 3 a day and you'll be fine.

I tend to get the South Beach Diet frozen meals because they're a lot healthier than most frozen dinners. The South Beach Diet frozen meals tend to have more dietary fiber and protein compared to their counterparts. I eat about 4 of their frozen pizzas a week.

I have been eating the frozen paninis, but I will have to try the South Beach foods! I had the pizza a while ago, and I loved it, but can't seem to find them at our store. I will have to look harder the next time I go grocery shopping!
