Kashi Bars

Hey guys, I've been eating one Kashi bar as a snack during the day on most days, but not everyday. I was wondering if these are actually healthy to eat while losing weight or if they're a bad food that I should be avoiding. They seem healthy but I don't know if there is something that I'm missing.

Edit to say I'm eating the pumpkin spice flax crunchy ones and the honey almond chewy ones.

Re: Kashi Bars

I could live an kashi bars! they are so good! The crunchy ones tend to have more calories and fat because there are two bars in each package, but are still wonderful and a great snack. Also, because they have tons of protein and fiber I can grab it on my way to class on the mornings when i happen to sleep through my alarm and I don't starve before class is over

Might I recommend the trail mix chewy bars as well? Those are my favorites! (they have almost exactly the same stats as the honey almond, a little less protein or something like that, but they have crasins, which more than makes up for it in my eyes)

just be careful that you don't get addicted!

Re: Kashi Bars

haha I think I'm already addicted to them! I haven't tried the trailmix ones yet. Next time I go to the store I'll be sure to look for them. The way I discovered them was a guy I know in class had an extra one and he told me I just had to try one because they were so good, so I did and now I'm hooked on them thanks to him.
