hello, all
went to my aunt's house this afternoon for lunch
little did i know i'd be heading into major temptation
who knows, mayhap i'd have prepped myself
alas, i did not
i ate and ate
fried potato wedges
fried chicken nuggets
fried eggs
fried shami kabobs
(baked) chicken (it wasnt even chicken breast!)
after it was over, i convinced myself that it was ok, i'd eat salad for dinner...and really, i needed all the protein (amazing that you can lie to yourself...)
what i didnt know at the time was that even more temptation lay ahead
omg!!!
i went grocery shopping
bought choc. pudding (its allowed as a snack on my diet, <100cal/serving)
got hunts brand
already had one cup of jell-o brand at home
said to myself, i should finish this last jell-o one before i start the new one this week (:| the things you tell yourself)
while i was eating the pudding, i kept thinking, i HAVE to compare this with the hunt's pudding
and, fuckit, i did
i ate 2 pudding cups
i weighed myself yesterday morning and was at 231 (11lbs down from the start) and just weighed myself again...234
