| Re: Have you gone back to home cooking? For breakfast and dinner, everything is cooked at home. Even lunch at work consists of prepackaged chicken breast strips that I use for healthy chicken burritos, or packaged healthy South Beach Pizza lunches. I also do bring in leftovers from home cooking and also make sandwiches from deli meats, or sometimes just have a protein shake.

| Re: Have you gone back to home cooking? I agree - I've had to change my ways to cook most of my meals at home. We're trying to eat more vegetables and fish; less red meat, bread, potatoes and rice. There are too many temptations out there in the restaurant world.

| Re: Have you gone back to home cooking? Heck,
With the exception of the nights I'm too exhausted to do anything but call someone to drop off the food, I definitely cook AND try to avoid the processed foods. So If you look in my fridge all you will see is stuff that has to be cooked. It can be a pain when you're too tired to cook but it is paying off...6 lbs in two weeks...so its worth it. I'm constantly searching for recipes though and I finally found a place that's all recipes (healthy recipes). Feel free to check it out. It's helped me a lot:

Prevention Show - buzz.prevention.com/show | I have been watching the food channel a lot lately, there are a lot of great recipes on their website. What kills me is that its on the tv at the gym so while I'm doing cardio I'm stuck either watching soaps or the food network, and I would rather put a bullet in my brain then watch soaps.
