| Re: green tea Green tea is a great appetite suppressant. Look into the brands that aren't blends between spearmint and other teas; frequently green tea is the last ingredient in those and you won't get the full benefits.
That being said, I love Tazo teas myself; they're priced in the middle of the road.

My Lipton cold brew, unsweetened, caffeine free has seriously helped me reduce my caffeine intake. Took about a week to get used to it when I first started it. But now it's like nothing. As for hot tea, same thing can be said. You can either go for full strength which has less caffeine then coffee. I also drink Red lighting once or twice a day to get a dose of Antioxidents... Source of Life Red Lightning - Energy Drink Powder I find it absolutely KILLS my urge for caffeine.
On the topic of green tea... never did much like the flavor of it plain. Was so used to getting it with honey or something which is now kind of a no no for me so I don't touch it much.

| Re: green tea caffeine affects a little my metabolism, so I don't care. Green tea boosts my metabolism, so I think with a little caffeine, cups of green tea every day are still worth. |
