| Re: goals for 2008 I have a ton of goals for 2008!
I'm not sure how I'd arrange them in order of most importance, so here's just a random list.
Reach my goal weight
Maintain my goal weight
Get married
Get out of debt
Buy a house
I'm not sure how the last one on the list is going to go, but here's hoping.

| Re: goals for 2008 I want to lose 10lbs of fat over the next 2 months myself and maybe put on 5lbs of muscle, time permitting.
Other goals, getting more certifications, starting an MBA program, maybe finding a girlfriend, learning more about my job, and making this site a better place!

I hope that everybody will reach his or her goals this year! Let us now how successful you are-also about goals which have got nothing to do with losing weight like a wedding! Has he already proposed to you, Audrey? |

| Re: goals for 2008 Hi Kel!
Well my goal is to lose 47 pounds by april. Yesterday was my official start to my diet/exercise regimen. Its tough but I have to remember to stick with it. I have been keeping a food diary as per the advice on this forum and so far I have been doing well. I am hoping to definitely shoot for that 160 in april. All the best!

Has he already proposed to you, Audrey? | Yup! We got engaged last March, so I'd say it's more than time we got married. But we're tight on cash right now (both of us just finished school), so we'll see how it goes. I kinda just want to elope. Wedding planning makes me crabby

| Re: goals for 2008 Wow that is great! So I really hope that you will finally marry each other this year! Have you already looked for a wedding dress? I mean you have already lost so much weight and it should be great to fit into dresses now which haven't fitted you at all a year ago! |

| Re: goals for 2008 My goals are a reflection of trying to fit more into my days, in a less stressful way: - Get up an hour early to have a leisurely breakfast before work, read the papers and get to work less frazzled and/or sleepy
- Cut out junk food, I am lucky in that I love fresh veggies and cook from fresh every night - before christmas it was more about convenience that led me to order in
 - Lose weight and get into shape for the summer, I am aiming to start cycling to work, so that I get my daily exercise in without spending my evenings at the gym
- Go for one walk in the countryside every week
- Organise my finances better

Wish me luck - the cycling starts Monday! |
