| "Baked Chips" Last year my school decided to change over to only selling Baked chips, like Baked Lays, and Baked Doritos.
But in reality how much healthier are these chips?

| Re: "Baked Chips" They are healthier, but from the perspective of losing weight, I think they're less calories than the non-baked version. If they're less calories then that will help a lot, and I do believe they have less saturated fat which is a good thing too.

| Re: "Baked Chips" A lot less saturated fat and fat in general which is good, which I think leads to fewer calories, which is good. Still they are crappy carbs at best and shouldn't be eaten in the first place if possible I always say.
