This is how parents can encourage children to have healthier lifestyle--making it a challenge. The calendar can go on fridge. When the child eats something healthy or does exercise, he or she can put appropriate sticker for that day. And maybe at the end of the week as a reward, the child get to go with family to play in a park or do something fun.
