Childhood Obesity Interventions Based on Diet and Exercise Programs

Here's another interesting research study I found helpful. I used some of this information in my own paper. Take a look and let me know what you think

I think this study shows how important it is to get to kids when they're younger and more impressionable. It's easier to break habits of kids than adults. Great bit of information, I hope to see the 5 year results in the near future.
