| Re: WOW... Take that energy and use it to workout, turn other people's negative energy and a positive energy to drive you. The more people say you can't do it the more you should tell yourself you can! A few weeks ago a few co-workers and I were standing around and of course working out/weight loss came up. One of the guys has been bouncing between 270 and 300lbs at 5'11" while I've steadily increased my muscle mass and heart strength. He decides to grab my little "muffin top" roll and tells me, "When are you going to lose that then?". Of course it pissed me off and I've dropped about 16lbs since his comment as I was around 238 that day.

No reason to diet, subscribe to food services, have surgery or take diet pills. Learn to eat right, count calories and exercise. If 400+lb people on Biggest Loser can do it, so can you!
