ok so i have decided to start a diary for acountablity.......a place to log my food, exercise and feelings (dun dun dun)  ! Today is my "cheat" day.......as is every Sunday. I eat squeaky clean six days a week and then BAM.....Sunday i get what ever i want  . So for today I have had (thus far)
2 slices of whole wheat bread one spoon full of reduced fat mayo and 2 slices of reduced sodium turkey breast meat and a diet green tea with Ginseng, honey and mango....ooolala!
and
1 snickers candy bar......
today is also my day off from exercising........
here is a picture of my path so far............ 
I have lost about 8lbs since the last pic.......I will take update pics when i get to 200lbs! I feel pretty damn good about my progress!!!

I woke up to snow today.....ugh i am so sick ot the cold!!! Anyhow thankfully i had lower body work out today  pushed it hard on my squats and held the 25lb plate while i did them......I imagine in the morining I will be awful sore in my thighs....
todays food
Meal one:
one lean hamberger patty
2tbs spicey salsa
1 red pepper, cucumber and carrot mix (all fresh)
4 garlic melba toast pieces
Meal two:
oatmeal with 2 tbl sp. of natural peanut butter and one tsp of sugar free syrup
meal three:
one lean hamberger patty
2tbs of spicey salsa
broccoli 1 cup
2 slice of whole wheat bread
Meal four:
one apple
2 slices of pepper jack cheese 
1/2 of a cucumber
meal five:
chicken breast
brown rice with 1tsp of soysauce
broccoli 1 cup
meal six:
one apple
chicken breast with spicey salsa
1/2 cucuber
also one gallon of water plus 20 oz of green tea with ginseng and honey
I feel pretty good.........I have to think of a indoor cardio for tommarrow......maybe i will use my ex. bike i guess!

rode my exbike for 45min this morning.........and have ate meal 1 consisiting of 2 slices of whole wheat and 2tblspns of natural peanutbutter and a carrot along with 28oz of water! I have a diversity training to go to for work in a min but i will be back later to log the rest of my food. have a great Tuesday....I am stoked to watch the biggest looser tonight!

heeeeey, thanks guys!!! you both have done amazing too! I have seen yer pics Will I am .......and you look great!
ok so for my accountablity:
Meal two was oatmeal with splenda and one chicken breast with salsa lettuce and tomtatoes
meal three was hamberger patty with salsa, peppers and some peas
meal four was hamberger patty with salsa and some borccoli and a cucumber
meal five was tuna with 4 melba toast and some lettuce
meal six will be in a min.......chicken breast with salsa, broccoli, peppers, onions and a baked tater
water is almost one gallon down and I had my ususal green tea!
I am off to watch the biggest looser and ride my exbike whilest it is on.......laters!

good afternoon......I am on my way to go swimming, then home for my upper body workout.....meals are good and water is right on, i will post food toninght for accountablity!
update........food was all on track! NO CHEATS AT ALL!!!

good morining! I have completed my lower body work out......lots of squats! and water!
meals are packed for work
I have had so far today
meal one- 2 slices of whole wheat with matural peanut butter and a cup of skim milk.
meal two-cod fillet, sweet potato, avacado and carrots
meal three- lean hamberger patty with veggie mix and brown rice
meal four will be the same as meal three and meal five will be the same as meal two
meal six will be oatmeal with peanut butter.
I am off to work, I feel pretty good. NO cheats and I am trying really hard to push myself in my workouts.

ok so today is my day off, it is still kinda chilly here but the sun is out and the snow is melting off......which is great!  so i might do something out doors later.......I have some house cleaning to do first.......ugh!
meal one- oatmea one cup, with natural PB two tablespoons, and sugarfree syrup (one teaspoon)
meal two-turkey breast meat with mixed veggies and one potato
meal three- protien powder and and banana (post workout)
meal four will be the same as meal two
meal five will be hamberger patty with avacado, tomato, lettuce,peppers, onion and two slices of whole wheat bread and some green beans
meal six will be the same as meal five.........and my gallon of water and my green tea
I did my HIIT on the ex-bike today for 20 min followed by some steady state for 30 more min.......whew i was sweating pretty good there too!
have a super healthy day everyone and keep it clean, you don't get today back make it count!!!

Whoo hooo I weighed this morining and I lost two lbs.....I did a little jig right there in the bathroom  ...so I moved my hamberger tracker deal down two more pounds...uh hu, oh yeah......only 80 till goal!!! eleven pounds and i will be under 200!!!  I have not been there in a million years so that has me all pumped up!!!!
meal one was oatmeal with PB

meal three was hamberger patty with melba toast and veggie mix
meal four was chicken with salsa, veggie mix and potato
meal five will be tha same as four

water is almost in and I am about to have some green tea........I am going to do a new work out in a little bit with my kettle bell........I found this new work out in a Fitness mag i have.......should be fun!

Awesome progress Wildwoman! I am glad you did your jig! You deserve it! You are having such wonderful success. Your food logs look awesome and spot on! You and I eat many of the same foods minus the red meats. I may have missed it but what your daily calorie intake?
