| Ugh, need to get back on track. Well, between moving and working 50+ hours/weekly (my position is very physically demanding, so I'm tired a lot), the past couple of weeks I haven't been to the gym (although, I went one day last week to do chest).  wned:
Ah, well, hopefully I'll have a different job (that's not very physically demanding) within a few weeks and can get back on my 4-5 days a week workout routine!

Welcome to my world of 50+hour workweeks! Add the time it takes to keep this website going, the travel time for work, and studying for an accounting certification and you have my world.
Going to the gym is an enormous chore that I have to force myself to do, and it really is an inconvenience for me, but I have to be diligent.

I know you can do it.

I don't really make a whole lot of money right now, so that makes it even worse. I'd like to get into a decent sales/entry level management position again.

A more accurate update of what's been going on:
I decided to really watch what I eat back on May, 21st. Now, mind you, I'm not going super science diet or anything, just the basics. I cut out A LOT of fast food (all of it, really). I'm typically able to make it to the gym 3-4 days a week where I usually do 20+ minutes of cardio and am lightly lifting (for starters, anyways).
I haven't weighed myself in over a couple weeks, however, I'll be weighing in at the gym on Monday night when I go in to work out. Hopefully, I'll be lower than the 255lbs. I originally checked in at awhile ago.
As far as my diet is concerned, I've cut out quite a bit of caffeine, simple carbohydrates, fat and calories. I usually try to eat breads or cereals that are whole grain along with my in-between-meals snacks.
As listed in my weight ticker, my goal is to reach 205lbs. by October.
