| I hit 247 this morning but even at 248 on Saturday I was at 20.5% BF due to continued loss in my waist measurements. I've been sick since Sat and pretty much fasting all day. Should see 246 tomorrow morning.
Sinus infections suck.
Here's some stats for you since day one.

| Wife just brought me home some 38" jeans and they FIT!!!!
I was too big for my 46's when I started this process. No more 3XLT shirts anymore either, down to just LT(large tall) shirts.
25lbs to go!

| I'm back in the saddle again!
243 this morning and I can breath again!
45 minutes on the elliptical while my son did HTT on the treadmill for 30 minutes (5mph jog for 1.5 min, 8 mph run for 30 seconds).
Weight lifting tonight! We're going to try a new style, 15 reps of the same weight, 5 FAST, 5 normal, 5 SLOW using the normal 4 or 3 sets per group. I'll post up the actual workout tonight.
Let the creatine and protein FLOW!
23lbs to go OOH YEAH!!! Daddy's gonna have six pack abs and some pecs!
Dunno if I posted this but I can now do body weight pullups, both wide grip hands away and normal close grip hands towards. Only 2 or 3 at a time but damn it, I can do it!!!

Do you have a goal for how many you would like to be able to do?

| I think a good set of 15 should be sufficient. It's like pushups though, once I hit 20 or so I can now do almost unlimited without dying, just rest up top for a few seconds and keep going.
