Well I guess my motivation first came from wanting to see my kids grow up and to know my grandkids.
As the weight came off I started doing it for myself. I just desided that I didnt want live the rest of my life in a prison of fat not being able to do anything. And the more I lost the more I could do, which still isnt a lot but I can go grocery shopping again and I can stand at the stove and cook again, ect.
I have a lot of health problems and physical problems that makes exersize imposible so being able to do those things is awesome for me. I believe I have put of the wheel chair for a lot longer now. By the time I am done I am hopeing to avoid it altogether. Another biggy is the more I lose the less pain I am in.
I have come full circle from 1999 when all I wanted to do was die. Now I want to live and I want to live life to the fullest exent that I can.

Just remember you are in the hands of medical professionals. I'm sure everything will go fine, and you'll be in all of our thoughts!

I know when my dad retired, he drove my mom crazy for the first few months being underfoot all the time.

But my youngest and her husband fell on some very hard times and had to move in with us. So its like they have a plan or something going on. If hubby is gone they are here. And when he gets home they will leave to go do their thing. Neither of them are working right now.
Before that I would be home for a week at a time lone. And its been that way for a couple years now. And all of this is really driving me crazy.
I was alone for such long periods of time becase Hubby is a over the road truck driver.

| Re: The difference a year makes. Hi everyone well today is the last morning I will be online until after surgery tomorrow. Because of the weather we are going to Green Bay late this afternoon. We are an hour and a half away from the hospital and its supposed to snow again we already got over a ft of snow the other day which with my internet provider made it impossible to come in and post. If all goes well I should be back home late thursday but after the drive home I doupt I will be up to getting online. So I will try to post sometime friday.
Thanks for all the support everyone it means a great deal to me!
