start of a new life.. well, after 2 kids, i want to loose a little weight before getting pregnant with number 3 and we dont know when that will be.
I was a weightlifter - now just a mumma.
i started at 241lb and after this week being week 1 of the diet im down to 238lb.
so thats 3 lb down and im feeling ok for it but not over the world yet.
I have another 25lb to go before im at my goal at least before getting pregnant again (i hope!) which means all the baby weight will be off.
But any lower ill be real happy! |
