Hi everyone. I am just new here and I am kind of excited to have found the site. I have trouble actually staying commited to getting healthy and I think this will help. So if you have any tips or anything I'd be happy to hear them.

d | First and foremost tell us what your goals are. Do you plan on just changing your eating habits or exercising as well? You want to lose 90lbs, but over what timeframe? Give us a little more background on yourself, and that should help us make some wonderful recommendations.

You really think it gets that cold? Not that bad, it was raining when I was trying to walk tonight...you must be from somewhere warm. Where are you from?

I am about 4 hours or so away from the Rockies, I don't think it gets that brutally cold here...maybe like -35 or -40 with a windchill....but when I went to California it was like +39 and I will take the cold over that any day. Ouch...when I think of the sunburn.....
Oh and I have to brag.....First lb lost today! and ..and... and I got a new better part time job to complement my full time job. Can I get a Go Danielle?!?!?
