well i dont eat as much as i did before, i mean stuff that i shouldnt be eating, i drink more water than i used to, and back then when i was finished with the meal, i was like oh im still hungry, and i went and eat more, so now when that happens i just go and eat a fruit
well i havent exercise yet, i havent gone walking, i dont know, im just waiting to lose like 10-20 lbs before going walking..... is that good, or should i start now?
