| Re: Monday Weigh in!!!! 231 this morning, down from 235 average last week. Started my fiber/protein shake and no-fat cottage cheese diet. Yes it's a temporary hard cut diet and something I don't suggest unless you're right at your goal and have plateaued as hard as I have.
Should see 22X again by Wed!  210 here I come.

No reason to diet, subscribe to food services, have surgery or take diet pills. Learn to eat right, count calories and exercise. If 400+lb people on Biggest Loser can do it, so can you!

and if that is the case...lose more next week  | lol copy cat....I'll try to lose more next week lol but I'm starting cna classes gonna be 8 1/2 hours a day for 12 days not sure how often i'll get to work out but it is only for the next 2 weeks so i think if i watch what i eat and exercise a couple of days i should be ok but we will see....as long as i dont gain i'll be happy i already feel so much better than i did 26lbs ago and people are starting to notice which makes me feel so good and helps keep me determined.
