I have been on the treadmill every day since last sunday working out from thirty to sixty minutes depending on my mood. Problem is still food trying to get that under control because really i don't have a problem it's just eating at night that's my problem. That's my downfall!

Lately when I feel like snacking after dinner, I'll just chew a piece of gum (sugarless gum that is). I find when I'm chewing gum, I may still feel like snacking, but can't, because I've got gum in my mouth.

Three pounds is an awesome loss for a week! Don't forget to pat yourself on the back for that! Your hard work is paying off

3 pounds is awesome, keep it up!!

Try drinking a lot of fluids to fill you up. I love a low calorie protein shake at night to fill me up with protein before bed. That helps me out a ton.
