i suck

i suck

i was weak today it was such a beautifull day which reminded me of the summer and ice cream but instead of ice cream i brought candy and i dont know why but im suddenly feeling always hungry and ican never find anything healthy to eat well any ways its only day two and im not giving up 2 morrow im gonna start my work out wich will consist of dancing stairs and jumping rope so wish me good luck

ps at least i was able to narrow it down to one cup of juice and tons of cups of water

oh i have been there and when you first start it is hard not to eat stuff you shouldnt. just a week or so after i started was my son's bday party and i didnt eat any cake during the party i bought a veggie tray so i would have somthing healthy but a couple days afterwards with still over half the cake left sitting home alone on my day off with nothing to do and that dang cake just staring at me i at a piece and then was made at myself for a week for it. but then i realized that it is ok to eat say a piece of cake or even some candy EVERY NOW AND THEN just as long as I dont do it all the time and I dont go over board with it. You'll be ok, if you really want to do this you'll get back on track plus you said you are starting to exercise so that will help too if you splurg a little on icecream or candy or whatever just work out an extra 30 min to an hour or whatever.

Starting your workout should be great fuel for your weight loss goals! I too find it hard to find healthy food to eat out, so I do as much grocery shopping as possible! Where are you finding it difficult to find food?
