| HI new friends. Pics of 315 to 265! I look forward to discussing weight and health on this forum in particular. I have had areal problem with both sugar and carbs. Thus the after and before pictures!
(I guess I cannot post a picture yet as it has a url...I'll check back later with some.
I have lost using Atkins. I have also found that Flax Seed supplements (I use the product from rejuvnow as it is easier to use and has concentrated flax hull lignans. Without boring you with details, it's perfect with Atkins because it has zero net carbs, high in fiber and is rich in all Omega essential fatty acids. You can bake with it. I am also hypoglycemic, so it helps me regulate blood sugar and hunger. It's not the only answer..but a huge help for a big guy like me. Thanks! |
