Anyone fight the battle of rash under their "pannus" apron
I have had the worst breakout this week. I wash and dry it three times a day, apply hydrocortisone to calm the itch, but the fire, redness, and insatiable itch are intolerable. In the past I have used feminine wipes all day long, I have used Jock-itch spray, powders, etc with some success, but not this time. HELP!!!!!!

Have you tried a diaper rash ointment like Desitin or A&D? I use A&D Ointment and it usually clears right up for me. Either that or go to the MD and get like a nystatin cream or powder.
