Hey Guys!! My name is Jamie I just turned 19 and realized I needed a change. When I was growing up I never really thought my weight was a problem I was a little bigger but it didnt bother me. in the last 4 years I have gained 40 pounds, and it just recently hit me that I need to change. Not only to look better but to feel better and be healthier.
I am very self conscious and it affects me. I would really like to loose 40 pounds so I can be healthy again.

I am currently seeing a nutritionalist. I do not think of it as a diet but a life change.

I've also been big my whole life. I just kept telling myself that I wasn't as big as I actually was and just kept putting on more and more weight... I've opened up my eyes a few times before, but I fall off the wagon after a week (if I can keepmy mouth closed for 1 week - which sometimes is hard).

Bingo!! Lifestyle change is the only way it's going to work! You're on the right track! So what does this nutritionist have you doing different than what you were doing before? Welcome to the site by the way!
