A Journal For A Journey To Success

So I've decided to start a weight loss journal... I apologize for the corny title, I had no other ideas.

I'm 16 so my goal is to lose 50 pound for my prom, which is in April. If I could come close to that goal, I would be beyond happy. I'm ready to start.

So last week I gained almost 4 pounds at my Weight Watchers meeting since I hadn't been there for three weeks. I've gotten back on track, however, and have now lost a pound this week. I'm determined to lose 2 for next week. I think I can do it.

I know you can do it. Are you using the calorie goals we discussed in the other topic or are you using another method?

I'm sure you'll do great! Just make sure you don't buy your dress too far before prom, or you'll have to get it taken in!

I love writing in my journal. I find it keeps me focused. I tend to whine a lot in it though.

So you're continuing with weight watchers? What are you doing for exercise?
