1 (8 ounces) container sour cream
1 (7 ounces) can chopped clams, drained, reserving 1
tablespoon juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery seed
salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
1. Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
before serving.
This creamy dip is a welcome addition to any hors doeuvres
tableand a delicious alternative to the usual onion dip. Serve it
with crisp vegetables or toasted low-carb bread triangles.
