3/4 pound green beans
1/2 pound wax beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon crumbled thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon crumbled marjoram or oregano leaves
1. Heat oven to 400° F. Trim beans. In a jelly-roll pan toss
beans with oil, salt, thyme and marjoram until evenly
coated. Roast 20 minutes, turning beans once or twice
for even browning.
If you can't find wax beans (they're yellow), use all green beans.
