6 slices Atkins sliced country white bread
24 miniature cocktail franks
2 tablespoons butter, melted or 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 cup spicy Dijon mustard
1. Trim crusts from bread slices; brush both sides lightly
with melted butter or mayo. Cut each slice into four
strips; roll one frank into each strip, and secure with a
toothpick. Heat oven to 350°. Arrange hors doeuvres on
a baking sheet; bake 10 minutes, until wrapping
becomes golden brown. Serve hot, with mustard.
