8 slices nitrite-free hickory smoked bacon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Atkins Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
4 slices Atkins Bakery Rye Bread, toasted
1 cup arugula leaves, rinsed and dried
1 ripe plum tomato, thinly sliced
1. Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet until just crisp.
Drain on paper towels. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and
syrup. Spread on bread slices. Layer arugula, bacon,
and tomato on 2 slices of bread. Top with remaining
bread slices.

| Re: New BLT Where do you find these atkins products, like the bread? I even looked on their website They had a recipe I wanted to make but it called for Atkins Quick and Easy baking mix. And they don't even sell it!!
Any help would be grealty appreciated!

Any help would be grealty appreciated! | some stores sell them, although yes they are hard to find. you can actually contact via email or call atkins for a list of their distributors for their atkins food.
alternatively you can substitute their bread for other low carb bread, which you can find plenty of in the grocery strores these days. i only get low carb wheat bread as my bread (its about $3 a loaf). as a substitute however if you have to have your rye bread and your low carb bread togeter (and it's a bit pricey), you can order Irene's Health Bakery German Rye Low Carb Bread here: Low Carb Bread or here Low Carb Bread

| Re: New BLT Thanks, I usually use a sugar free whole grain white wheat. My husband even thinks its better than regular bread. But I will definatly call to find out where I can find the rest of the Atkins products.
