Net Carbs: 1 grams
4 tablespoons (2 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup cooked crab meat
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Tabasco sauce, to taste
1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic
powder until smooth.
2. Mix in crab meat, peppers, green onion and dill. Add
Tabasco to taste. Refrigerate 1 hour for flavors to blend.
This dip isn't made with king crab meat. It is, however, fit for a
king! For a terrific variation, substitute an equal amount of finely
chopped shrimp for the crab.
