Fat: 15 grams
Protein: 4 grams
Carbohydrates: 4 grams
Fiber: 1 grams
Net Carbs: 3 grams
Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup crumbled Maytag blue cheese
4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon granular sugar substitute
Salad:
1/2 medium head green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
(about 6 cups)
1/2 medium head red cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
(about 6 cups)
1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add
cabbage and toss well.
2. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. (Can be
made ahead. Store in an airtight container and
refrigerate up to 24 hours.)
Maytag blue cheese can be found in the specialty cheese
section of your supermarket. If youre having trouble finding it,
