2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
2 large eggs, beaten
2 green onions, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
soy sauce
1. In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring broth and
ginger to a boil. Turn heat down to a simmer and slowly
pour in egg to form yellow threads.
2. Turn heat off and add green onions, sesame oil and soy
sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
