1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 bunch radishes (about 8), chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small yellow squash, chopped
4 green onions, white and 1-inch green, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1/2 recipe PageLink(Garlic Ranch Dressing)
1. Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Just before
serving, toss with dressing (do not toss in advance or
salad will become soggy).
