Obesity Discussion Administrator Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Phoenix, AZ Posts: 7,595 Weight Statistics 8/1/2006 Start Date: 185 lb Start Weight: 152 lb Current Weight: 155 lb Goal Weight: -33 lb Weight Loss: 5/1/2007 Goal Date:	Atkins - Atkins Chocolate Slushies ATKINS CHOCOLATE SLUSHIES Servings: 4 Prep time: 0:00:00 Bake/Cook time: 0:10:00 Calories: 214 Fat: 22 grams Protein: 1 grams Carbohydrates: 3 grams Fiber: 1 grams Net Carbs: 2 grams 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate syrup 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1. In a medium saucepan combine cream, syrup, water and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. 2. Pour mixture into two ice cube trays. Freeze 2 hours. 3. Before serving transfer cubes into a food processor. Process until mixture is finely chopped and slushy. Keep a batch in the freezer for a last minute dessert or summertime treat.
