| Atkins - Walnut Meatballs Atkins - Walnut Meatballs WALNUT MEATBALLS Servings: 6 Prep time: 0:10:00 Bake/Cook time: 0:15:00 Calories: 233 Fat: 18 grams Protein: 16 grams Carbohydrates: 2 grams Fiber: 0 grams Net Carbs: 1 grams 1 pound ground beef (85% lean) 3 tablespoons sour cream 1 tablespoon diced onion 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts 1 garlic clove, pushed through a press 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1. Heat oven to 400 F. In a medium bowl, mix beef, sour cream, onion, walnuts, garlic, and salt. Form into 24 small meatballs; place on a baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, until nicely browned.
